Apartment Gelso is disposed on a total of 90 square meters with 4+4 beds; it consists of two rooms with double beds refined with fine brass; each room has a wardrobe decorated wooden, two bedside tables and a wooden desk. The French windows of the second bedroom opens to the outside.
There are two bathrooms with sink and shower.
The large living room with exposed stones and wooden beams overlooks the independent access to the garden; consists of a sofa and a sofa-bed, wooden furniture and a television.
The wide kitchen is finished in dark wood, gas hob with extractor hood, double stainless steel sink, large fridge with small freezer; up to eight guests can join the dinner.
All floors are made in terracotta.
Bed linen and towels are included.

The number of guests per household cannot exceed the number of beds reported at the time of booking; the reservation is confirmed with payment of 35% of the total amount by bank transfer.
In the event of termination/cancellation of booking, the traveler must pay the following:
- 20% up to 30 days before arrival
- 30% from 29 to 21 days before arrival
- 50% from 20 to 11 days before arrival
- 75% from 10 to 02 days before arrival
- the non-arrival will be charged 100% of the price
