Apartment Ginkgo is located in the annex, is disposed on the surface of 40 square meters with a total of 2+2 beds; has a bedroom with double bed in wrought iron, a small desk, two bedside tables, and private access to the bathroom with a service, bidet, sink and shower.
The furniture of the kitchen has light wood finish, with refrigerator, gas stove, tiled floor and TV.
The dining table is dark wood.
The apartment has a sofa-bed, tiled cotto floors and a bright central window, aswell as exclusive access to the garden by the French window of the kitchen.
Bed linen and towels are included.

The number of guests per household cannot exceed the number of beds reported at the time of booking; the reservation is confirmed with payment of 35% of the total amount by bank transfer.
In the event of termination/cancellation of booking, the traveler must pay the following:
- 20% up to 30 days before arrival
- 30% from 29 to 21 days before arrival
- 50% from 20 to 11 days before arrival
- 75% from 10 to 02 days before arrival
- the non-arrival will be charged 100% of the price
By terminating the stay there will not be any refund.
