The apartment Quercia covers 70 square meters with a total of 4+1 beds; has a bedroom with a wrought iron double bed, two sidetables, a wooden cabinet and a desk. It ‘s located on a mezzanine floor which is accessed via a staircase in solid wood.
The second bedroom has two single beds, a nightstand, a desk and a decorated wooden cabinet decorated.
In the open space on the ground floor, which houses the kitchen, there is a sofa-bed; the kitchen floor is tiled, the furniture is light wood and stove are gas. The dark wood rustic table, refrigerator, TV and a small dresser complete the furnishings.
The floors are cotto, while the floor of the bedroom on the mezzanine floor is wood; the bathroom, finished with tiles, includes a service, a sink with vanity, shower and bidet.
Bed linen and towels are included.

The number of guests per household cannot exceed the number of beds reported at the time of booking; the reservation is confirmed with payment of 35% of the total amount by bank transfer.
In the event of termination/cancellation of booking, the traveler must pay the following:
- 20% up to 30 days before arrival
- 30% from 29 to 21 days before arrival
- 50% from 20 to 11 days before arrival
- 75% from 10 to 02 days before arrival
- the non-arrival will be charged 100% of the price
By terminating the stay there will not be any refund.
