There are many events taking place in Acquapendente and in the surrounding towns; among the best known you cannot miss the Pugnaloni, the Misteri di Santa Cristina, the Barabbata and the Macchina di Santa Rosa.

There are also many amusement events such as Carnival of Acquapendente with the typical mask of Saltaripe: his characteristic costume in the colors of the rainbow is the symbol of the Carnival when, in 1960, Cesare Bertuzzi designed his laughing face with the tower watch in his hand.
To give the mask a soul were the children that in 1986, through a competition, invented the name, the character and his dress. The Carnival is held annually in February.

In July, it is impossible to lose Alfina Tower Blues Festival, organized by Tower Alfina Blues Association (born in 2005) which aims to promote the dissemination of music, Blues, R&B, Gospel, Jazz and other forms of Afro-American. Easy to reach, the event is recognized as one of the major events in music, and since the first edition has seen passing through on its stage both internationally renowned artists and emerging talents.

In September there is the traditional Walk on Mount Rufeno, a national event for runners, hikers and walkers, which has always attracted many participants: whether they are novices or experienced runners. The non-competitive and cultural walk allows you to visit the natural area of ​​Mount Rufeno and the surrounding area; the program includes cultural visits, musical activities and gastronomy, all sponsored by the Office of Sports and Tourism Promotion of  Acquapendente.
Also in September there is the Sagra del Fungo porcino in Cura di Vetralla where are organized food stands to taste the local mushrooms. Moreover, the evenings are characterized by bands and the central square becomes the host to stalls of various goods.

During winter time takes place in Canino the Sagra dell’olivo, an event that includes wine tasting to celebrate the famous olive oil produced in Canino. The festival is a tribute to the production of high quality extra virgin olive oil.
In Corchiano, in December, holds the traditional Living Nativity play, where dozens of kids and elders take turns in sacred representation in the town square.
